❓ FAQ

• Do you store my messages? No. We do not store channel/DM history. Only the content you upload for the KB is stored in your tenant’s private collection.
• Which LLMs are supported? OpenAI, Hugging Face models, or your own on-prem Ollama. You control where inference runs.
• Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
• What about enterprise? We support on-prem/air-gapped deployments and custom terms. Contact us.
